Common questions
Does the card show my license number and brokerage info?
Yes. Required-by-most-states fields (agent license number, brokerage name, brokerage license) all have dedicated slots. You add them once, they're on every share.
What happens to my QR codes when I change brokerages?
Your card URL stays the same. Update your brokerage and title in the dashboard, and every existing sign rider, flyer, and business card already handed out now shows the new info. Zero reprints.
Can I put a different QR on each listing?
Not yet. For now, your main card QR covers all listings, and visitors can see your full inventory once they scan. Per-listing tracking is on the roadmap.
How do leads get into my CRM?
Lead capture stores them in your dashboard with a one-click CSV export. Import into your CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown) Monday morning after the open house.
How much does the QR sign rider cost?
We don't sell physical products. Send the QR file from your dashboard to Lowen, ABCO, or FastSigns. A standard QR rider runs $15-40 depending on the printer.
Will my older clients actually scan a QR code?
Honest answer: most will, some won't. Every iPhone since iOS 11 (2017) scans QRs from the native camera. Same on Android since 2019. For the holdouts, the one-tap save on Apple Wallet and Google Wallet works without scanning anything.
